Our platform allows businesses to connect third-party accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon SES, and Twilio to manage their own marketing content, communication, and scheduling.

We collect information only as needed to operate the Services and to allow businesses to publish content to their own connected accounts.
A. Information You Provide to Us
- Business account information (name, email, phone number, business details)
- Login credentials for our platform (never for third-party platforms)
- Campaign and content data you create in our system (e.g., posts, scheduled messages, uploaded media, email templates)
B. Information Collected Through Third-Party Integrations
When a business connects a third-party service (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), we receive:
- OAuth authorization tokens
- Expiration times and token refresh information
- Business account IDs, Page IDs, or Ad account IDs
- Permissions granted (scopes)
- Media/content uploaded for posting
- Status information returned by APIs (delivery status, errors, metrics where applicable)
We do not collect passwords for any third-party platform.
C. Automatically Collected Information
- Device and browser information
- IP address
- Logs related to system usage
- Session data
- Performance, error, and diagnostic data
D. Information from Communication Providers (Email/SMS)
If you connect email or messaging services (Amazon SES, Twilio):
- Email addresses and phone numbers of recipients

Disconnecting an integration immediately stops our ability to access or publish content to that platform.

Our Services are intended for businesses and are not for individuals under 13 or the minimum age in their region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data may be processed or stored in countries other than your own. We comply with applicable data protection laws when transferring data internationally.
